Our Amazing Team

With our dedicated pet care specialists, we're always ready to give your pets the attention they deserve.

Christie Ann Randall - Founder & Team Manager

Ms. Christie Ann

Founder & Team Manager

Ms. Christie Ann is the heart behind Walk This Way Pet Care — part business owner, part dog whisperer, part professional overthinker of leash clips, team shirts, and whether every pet had the best day ever. She built Walk This Way because she believes pet care should feel personal, reliable, and a little bit joyful — not like you're gambling with a random app and hoping for the best. When she's not managing schedules, training the team, writing ridiculously detailed pet updates, or making sure every dog is treated like family, she's probably covered in dog hair, talking to a pet like they're a tiny coworker, or planning the next big idea for the business. Her mission is simple: love your pets like family, care for your home with respect, and make sure you never have to wonder if your pet is in good hands.

Ms. Sierra - Professional Pet Care Specialist and Team Trainer

Ms. Sierra

Pet Care Specialist & Team Trainer

Ms. Sierra has been working with animals for over 5 years and caring for them has always been a huge part of her life. She shares her home with two wonderful pups of her own, so she knows just how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family member. Whether it's a quick walk, some playful exercise, or just a little extra love during the day, she's here to help your pet feel happy, safe, and cared for. She treats every pet like they're part of her own pack, and nothing makes her happier than wagging tails and smiling snouts! She can't wait to meet you both!

Andrew Campbell - Professional Pet Care Specialist

Mr. Andrew

Pet Care Specialist

Mr. Andrew brings years of animal experience, a calm presence, and just the right amount of "dog dad energy" to the Walk This Way team. As Christie Ann's husband, he's been around the business long enough to know that every leash, treat, report card, and dramatic squirrel sighting matters. He has a natural way with pets and takes his role seriously — maybe too seriously when it comes to writing client reports. If your pet had an adventure with Andrew, there's a good chance you'll get a full recap featuring heroic potty missions, suspicious leaves, neighborhood gossip, and at least one pet being described like the main character they clearly are. Andrew loves making pets feel safe, happy, and cared for — and making sure their humans get a report card that makes them smile.

Ms. Cari - Pet Care Specialist

Ms. Cari

Pet Care Specialist

Ms. Cari brings extensive experience and passion for animals to every pet interaction. She has assisted owners with a wide variety of animals, ranging from ant farms to horse farms. Her experience allows her to bring personalized care to every pet, whether a tiny insect or majestic horse. She has worked with many shelter dogs, aiding in their rehabilitation and helping them find loving homes. She cherishes the company of animals, finding joy in hiking, training, and simply spending time with her fur babies. She shares her life with a lively German Shepherd, a spirited Yorkie, her husband and kids.

Ms. Jessica - Pet Care Specialist

Ms. Jessica

Pet Care Specialist

Ms. Jessica is a lifelong animal lover who can't remember a time when her home — or her heart — wasn't full of pets. She's the kind of person who sees an animal and immediately thinks, "Yes, you are perfect, and yes, I would like to hear your entire life story." Having cared for a special needs pet herself, Jessica understands how stressful it can feel to leave town or work long days when your pet has specific routines, instructions, or extra needs. She knows the little details matter — the medication timing, the feeding notes, the favorite blanket, the "please don't forget this very important quirk" kind of details. Jessica brings patience, compassion, and plenty of love to every visit. Whether your pet needs a walk, a meal, a cuddle, or a full emotional support session because a squirrel looked at them funny, she'll make sure they feel safe, cared for, and adored.

Ms. Courtney - Pet Care Specialist

Ms. Courtney

Pet Care Specialist

Ms. Courtney brings a lifelong love of animals and a wealth of hands-on experience to every pet interaction. Having grown up on a horse farm, animals have always been a central part of her life, and she carried that love into raising her two daughters in a home filled with a variety of pets — including dogs, cats, guinea pigs, birds, and rabbits. This broad experience allows her to bring thoughtful, personalized care to every furry family member she meets. She lives in Midlothian with her husband, daughters, and her own beloved pack: Levi, a French Bulldog, and Duke, a Boxer. In her spare time, Ms. Courtney enjoys catching live music, diving into any kind of craft project, playing mahjong, and checking out new restaurants around town. Nothing makes her happier than spending time with animals — and she can't wait to meet your pet!

Ms. Katie - Pet Care Specialist

Ms. Katie

Pet Care Specialist

Ms. Katie brings a lifetime of hands-on experience caring for a wide variety of domestic animals. Over the years, she's personally cared for fish, toads, mice, hamsters, rats, guinea pigs, rabbits, birds, cats, and many breeds of dogs. She's experienced with toy breeds, herding breeds, hounds, and bully breeds, and she's been involved in dog showing, grooming, and rescue work. Her rescue experience includes working with the Pomeranian Club of Central Virginia Rescue as well as private rescue efforts with pit bulls. She currently has two large pit bulls of her own, both rescues. Caring for them has further strengthened her experience as an advanced handler, particularly with dogs that require confident, knowledgeable handling and structured care.

Ms. Kelsey - Pet Care Specialist

Ms. Kelsey

Pet Care Specialist

Ms. Kelsey has been caring for pets and animals for over five years, starting when she was young and quickly became the go-to pet sitter for family friends, neighbors, and anyone who realized, "Yep, she's definitely an animal person." Her experience covers a little bit of everything — dogs, cats, farm animals, reptiles, birds, and probably at least one creature who looked at her like she was the one being interviewed. Ms. Kelsey has always had a deep, genuine love for animals, and caring for them brings her so much joy. She also knows how much peace of mind matters to pet parents. Whether she's walking a dog, caring for a cat, or following detailed instructions for a more unique pet, Ms. Kelsey treats every animal with the same care and attention she would want for her own pets. At home, she has three of her own: two cats and one dog — so yes, she fully understands the daily drama, fur, and snack negotiations that come with being loved by animals.

Madelyn - Professional Pet Care Specialist

Ms. Madelyn

Professional Pet Care Specialist

Ms. Madelyn is currently studying psychology, which means she's basically preparing for a lifetime of understanding complicated emotions — including humans, dogs, cats, and any pet who acts personally offended when dinner is three minutes late. She has two dogs and four cats of her own, so she is no stranger to fur, chaos, dramatic meows, zoomies, snack negotiations, and the occasional "who knocked that over?" mystery. Ms. Madelyn has been pet sitting for around three years and has also worked with both dogs and cats at Holiday Barn Pet Resort, giving her hands-on experience with pets of all personalities. She's excited to meet even more furry friends through Walk This Way and is ready to bring patience, kindness, and plenty of love to every visit — whether your pet wants a walk, playtime, snuggles, or simply someone to admire them like the royalty they believe they are.
