2. Booking and Scheduling

contacting us directly.

A free meet & greet is required before first-time services to ensure
compatibility.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full
refund.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a
cancellation fee.
3. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is listed on our website or provided in a custom quote.

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are

4. Pet Care Responsibilities

Pet owners must provide accurate information about their pet's health,

5. Liability
Walk This Way Pet Care agrees to:
- Provide careful, responsible care for all pets in our charge.
- Follow all owner instructions provided during the meet & greet.
- Contact owners immediately in case of emergency.

Walk This Way Pet Care is not liable for:
- Injury or illness that occurs during normal service provision.
- Pre-existing conditions or hereditary issues.
- Damage caused by pets (furniture, belongings, etc.).
- Loss or theft of personal items left in the home.
6. Insurance
Walk This Way Pet Care maintains liability insurance to protect against
claims arising from our negligence. Pet owners are encouraged to
maintain pet insurance for their furry family members.
7. Safety and Security
- All gates and doors must be properly secured during visits.
- Pets must be kept on leash or in a secure area during walks.

8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if we encounter
unsafe conditions, aggressive behavior from pets, or any situation that
compromises the safety of our team members or your pets.
